Chronicling the New Series Doctors is relatively straightforward compared to their Classic Series counterparts, given the lack of audio adventures. Aside from several audiobooks, the era of the Eleventh Doctor is complicated only by the number of "minisodes" produced exclusively for the Box Sets of Series 5, 6 & 7. There's no legitimate reason not to consider these Canon as far as I can see, unlike the two "Script To Screen" adventures, Death Is The Only Answer and Good As Gold.

The basic rule of thumb that discounts both the Doctor's appearances at The National Television Awards and the BBC Proms is that it breaks the series narrative internal fourth wall. Which is to say that they are instances of Doctor Who acknowledging that it is a TV Show. At a push, you could just about include the dramatised scenes that bookend The Ultimate Guide but that's really pushing the narrative envelope to its limits.
